The short version. The privacy policy has the full details.
What passes through the relay
When someone watches, their connection is encrypted to a relay, which decrypts it in memory only to pass it to your server through the plugin's encrypted tunnel, and does the same for the answer. Relays don't store, inspect, record or log what is watched.
What we never keep
- Your media, or what anyone watches.
- Your viewers' IP addresses. Relays use them only in memory: to block known attackers, slow down password guessing, and pass them to your own Jellyfin.
- Your name and email: your sign-in provider holds them. We read your email only when we send you a service email, and don't keep it.
- Card details: Stripe holds them.
What we do keep
- Your account number, plan and subscription status.
- Your servers: their addresses, any domain you connect, the plugin's public key, which relay they use and their Jellyfin version.
- Daily data totals per server (no details of what was watched), for 90 days.
- Which service emails we sent you, so they aren't sent twice.
Your data, your choice
- Download my data in your account gives you everything we store about you, as a file.
- Delete my account deletes it all at once. It also happens automatically 90 days after a subscription ends.
